Reception stuff was wonderful and helpful. They were speaking fluent English. Thanks to Felipe, Fabio and Kaique. Rooms were so clean, shower was amazing. Every morning i got up early and took shower. Breakfast was awesome.1 hour is not enough for this amazing breakfast.. 10 points goes to Royal Jardins Boutique Hotel from Turkey..

This was the best Novotel I have stayed in. As an A Club Favourite Guest I have stayed in many of your hotels but the staff here where so helpful and friendly they made our stay so pleasurable. All staff from the bell boys to the management were excellent. They are a credit to your hotel group. -

Excellent breakfast included in price. Employees spoke excellent English. Right next door to great shopping mall. Room for 3 people, my husband, myself and our grown son had an entirely separate room with bath for our son (unlike some triple rooms that just include a cot in the room). Good taxi service out front. Great beds. -

I think the Ramada offers brilliant value for money and a facility that is of a high standard relative to other hotels nearby. I would absolutely stay here again. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and the staff were all very helpful and friendly! First world travellers generally have high expectations and this hotel did fine - it's not super mode
