  The location is convenient - near to the beaches, supermarkets, money exchangers, and a metro stop. The area feels safe. The staff speaks good English and are helpful if you approach them. You can borrow a hair dryer if any is available. Towels can be bought at 5Rs if you need one. The shower and toilet are maintained clean by the friendly cleanin... что говорят » g lady. The lockers in the room are big enough to contain a small sized luggage (you will be given a key to lock so don't have to bring your own lock) - We really like kitchen/domestic ladies, they are very friendly, happy and they work very hard. Overall staff is great. Ehostel is very clean and modern, safe area. Make sure you bring your own padlock (they charge 15) Nice/short walk to the beach, many shops and restaurants around. You can book organised trips through ehostel and airport shuttle as well. Play station, laptop, iron, kitchen facilities can be used by guests.

  I found the staff to be approachable and helpful. The ocean view room was terrific - great view of Copacabana Beach. Plus, we allowed a late check out because our flight home left in the evening.   We went to check in and there had been an issue with the booking as the hotel was overbooked. The staff were excellent and very professional and actually moved us to another one of their hotel - the Windsor Leme - right on the beach. They took care of everything really quickly and efficiently. We really enjoyed our stay. - The rooms were very small, basic but had everything I need. It was clean. The saff were helpfull and kind all time. I recommend this hotel anyone who has limited budget but looks for the best possible options and values

  We were upgraded on arrival to a sea view room which was absolutely fabulous. The room was ultra comfortable and the bathroom very large. The hotel had the luxurious feel you would expect from this standard with nice furniture and carpets in public areas.
