The manager was very friendly and helpful. The location is good, away from the central bustle and noise of central Pelourinho but near enough to fall part of it. Pousada Redfish. From our personal welcome by Charles, the owner, to the
helpful stuff, including Felipe and Martos, to the amazing breakfast

Redfish is quirky in the best possible way: the artwork, the indoor jungle garden. It's small so you can get to know other travellers. The staff is helpful but not intrusive. The breakfasts are wonderful.
Salvador can be a bit daunting so it's good to be just on the edge of Pelhourino but only 5 mins walk downhill.

What a treat it is to stay in Casa Da Vitoria. Everyone comments on the

the Casa da Vitória is extraordinary, worthy of a four-star restaurant.

The staff was great! Natalia and Rodrigo helped us book tours and were overall, extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious. - the staff is polite and gives you all the information and the attention a guest needs.The position is good just close to the "farol" and beaches and restaurants. It's safe and well connected to the center.
