  This hotel is perfect. Staff is kind and always available. Leisure areas are many and big. Meals are excellent.You and your children will love it.   We both enjoyed our stay in this hotel.All the facilities were excellent and more are nearing completion. Swimming pool,gym, bowling and kids club.Also our room and eating facilities were excellent.   The staff was really nice to my father that is older and has difficulties to walk, specially at the restaurant (Roseli) and at the spa (Amalia). The locations is a bit of a walk from town, but is conveniently located right next to the bus stop for the bus that takes you to the airport & the Brazilian sid - Staff were fantastic, spoke brilliant English and arranged numerous tours and taxi's for us. Really helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the room was comfortable. Walking to Downtown takes about 10 minutes. A laundrette is about 4 mind walk. Staff offered lots of helpful advice. We extended our stay by two nights after the first night, staff advised they could not charge us the same rate for those nights at reception and advised we just book again on letsbookhotel.com which was fine by us.
