Location, Location, Location! Very beautiful area. Close to many Christmas Markets in Valkenburg, Maastrict, Aachen, and Liege. Also close to the Flea Market in Tongeren. The cabins were clean, comfortable and the kitchenette area was great. The indoor play area was wonderful for the kids to unwind after a long day at Christmas Markets. We stayed in a Chalet and they were perfect size for our 4 person family. The large villas looked fabulous. все обзоры »
The cabin was very basic but private. Kitchenette was wonderful; we could cook our own breakfast each day and even make lunch and snacks easily. Wonderful pools and a great market to buy forgotten items such as soap or eggs and bread. Plenty of room for a family to stretch out, with a living room, eating area, and separate bedrooms for all. Plus a great covered deck with table and chairs for relaxing outside.
Mooie omgeving / rust / ruime comfortabele chalets.
The chalet was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen was well kitted out and was excellent for our cooking. The shower and sauna were both excellent. The pool on site was very good, clean and with a lifeguard on duty. The site was lovely and peaceful.
The location is great to visit Holland, Germany and Belgium tourism places. The facilities are quite good but with some exceptions.
The beds were not very comfortable at all. Basic mattress and the pillows were dead.
Beds were a little hard and pillows completely useless. Bring your own if able. Otherwise, no complaints at all.
The childrens soft play area was shut, we had no notice of this. The shop on the site was not open according to its opening hours. There were stains on one of the duvets. The food served in the restaurant made my wife and little boy ill during the night. There was no clear information about the lack of towels, we had to buy some at a local Lidl as the shop on site was not open when it was suppossed to be. The gas fireplace didn't work.
I arranged to check in at 6 PM outside reception hours, but when I arrived I had as contact a phone number with a stuff member that knew only Dutch.
In the end someone came and I was able to check in. Also a pre-ordered and confirmed cot bed was not provided and I had to make several calls to obtain it.
No oven or microwave was available in the chalet.
Overall if you don’t know Dutch this is a challenging place to stay, there is not enough information in English or French.
