The whole experience of staying at the Calis was excellent. Breakfast was wonderfull and served in the room which was a big help because we had our dog with us. The welcome was very friendly and we were recommended an excellent place to eat in the evening. There was nothing that we feel could be improved. We would recommend to anyone going to Brugg

Beautiful place to stay, right in the centre of Bruges but on a small street so no traffic noise and very near the canal. Loved the light, airy and luxurious room (vanilla room) which also had a lovely roll top slipper bath and walk in shower. Very friendly but unobtrusive staff met us and showed us around and served a great continental breakfast. Honesty bar and access to kitchen for teas and coffees was a nice touch. Beautiful tiny courtyard garden.

What a great visit to Bruges. We went for the Christmas markets and had a limited amount of time (just 24 hours) so location was extremely important. Wow, were we lucky to have found the Guesthouse Mirabel. We arrived there before the check-in time but the owner's lovely son welcomed us in to the wonderful guesthouse and offered us coffee whilst we waited for the owner, Gaston, to arrive. I have found the nicest person in the world. Her name is Hilda and she is the co-owner of this fantastic B&B with her husband. I have never met an owner that was more genuine and kind than this lady. She really wants to make your stay enjoyable and she does everything she can within reason. She was born to do this.
Check their website and look at the pictures. There are only 4 rooms! The breakfast area is beautiful along with the relaxing garden in the back. It's only a 5 minute walk

Everything is like you can see on the photos, but in real its nicer! Especially the host was very nice and helpful and his recommands were perfect! We had 100% privacy! We were happy to have such a nice room and comfortable beds, because we were staying 4 nights and we had 4 of days rain, rain, rain, rain and softrain. So it´s good to have a great accomondition! And the breaktfast was great with fresh orange-juice and fresh fruit-salad great tasting coffee or real belgium hot chocolate.

This B&B is simply stunning. The interior is beautifully done and the room was comfortable and spacious. Sophie is an incredibly friendly hostess and prepares a really wonderful breakfast. The room and house is wonderfully renovated along clean white lines. The room has a view over a canal, and is on a quiet street, just a five minute walk from the main squares. Super value for Bruges -and I have stayed in many other places in the city. -

Pieter the owner was extremely helpful and was full of great suggestions. The location is perfect for a short city break to Bruges and it is also very convenient for those who want to explore the wider region including southern parts of the Netherlands which is only 20km.
Great break fast will locally sourced fresh produce.
