Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed!   The location was great, very close to the station. It was generally clean and tidy and the rooms were large enough. I arranged a group booking for 15 and they accommodated us all with no fuss. Most importantly, the hotel staff were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better service.
