  From the moment I arrived everyone was very helpful. I arrived early, tired and extremely jet lagged and even though my room wasn't ready they happily moved me to another one so that I could check in and take a nap. They even brought coffee and a few croissants to my room..I guess I looked worse than I thought. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable & enthusiastic. Breakfast delicious and in a charming courtyard. I would love to return for another stay.

Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed!   The location was great, very close to the station. It was generally clean and tidy and the rooms were large enough. I arranged a group booking for 15 and they accommodated us all with no fuss. Most importantly, the hotel staff were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better service.
