- i wished sleeping in this area and found a 40 euro single room and 45 double -> perfect
- staff was very professional and proactive - not so common.
- rich breakfast at set time in the room (actually found it outside at 6 am since I was busy, perfect)
- there was a problem but it has been addressed: had to change rooms as heating was not work

Rooms were spacious with nice modern fittings. Toilets were rather small and less modern - but more than ok too. Breakfast spread was excellent. Free internet and use of computers at lobby additional bonus. Wld recommend this hotel anytime!

Отель в целом понравился. Соотношение цены и качества. Хороший номер, комфортная и уютная постель. Убирали номер каждый день, полотенца всегда чистые, за 5 ночей нам постельное белье поменяли 3 раза. В целом отель очень и очень не плох. Путаны на улице совершенно не мешали. Персонал очень вежливый и всегда готов помочь (одобрили ранний заезд, а после выселения разрешили оставить сумки на ресепшн еще на день, также одолжили по нашей просьбе утюг и штопор). Завтрак обычный - бутерброды с колбасой и т.п., но ничего плохого сказать не могу. Номера довольно уютные. На ресепшн бесплатные чай, кофе 24 часа в сутки. По всему отелю бесплатный wifi.

Everything! The facilities are really first class for an amazing price. The room rate includes just about everything you'd expect and a whole lot more - such as good food and drinks in the kitchen any time, internet access, car parking, and even bike hire is offered (plus the bikes are good quality bikes!). Helpful staff; room was small, but I'm traveling alone and the room and it was a very nice small room. Free internet and breakfast were also a plus. - Very good central situation near a main shopping area, great hotel with very comfortable rooms (ensuite bathroom) and great breakfast.

Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. There was a great selection of TV channels

The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.
