  The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction.   This is a lovely, small but friendly, hotel. It is centrally situated in Zell am See with the lake only 2 minutes walk away. The room was large, clean and modern. An extensive buffet breakfast was included in the price. Great location, Beautiful spacious appartment, spotlessly clean, very good kitchen facilities, private infra-red sauna in our own bathroom, right next door to a fantastic leisure complex with state of the art facilities, including diving boards water slide and sauna/spa facilities. Fitted out with top quality, highest spec kit. Everything was pristene, there was everything you could need supplied (minus food and drink). The apartment was a great size - plenty of room to socialise together with the group. Brilliant big balcony to extend the space - nice to use in warmer weather.
