  Staff tried to avoid letting us pay with Mastercard. Only because it was stated on my letsbookhotel.com booking papers she accepted it. Be aware: When renting an apartment at Tristenau, final cleaning is NOT included in the letsbookhotel.com price (but it is stated in the description, so I just forgot to read the details properly). We had a great apartment, spacious with all facilities. The location is great, not so far from the Lake and anyhow being too close to lake is noisy so we were lucky we chose Apartment Tristenau. Free Parking, Internet for Free, Nice Breakfast.

  Very pleasant staff, although we had some trouble with communication. Our german was as rusty as their english. But we have managed somehow. The breakfast as well as the half-pension was well wort it. Their spa facility with four different saunas/steambaths was a great place to stay especially when there was a snow storm outside.   We were in this guest house from 5 -12 of February. Everything was great, just great! I would obviously recommend this house for for the family with children. - Loved the location. Beach area was great. Rooms comfortable and more than what we expected.

  Was as described - Pertisau was owned/ run by a much more upscale hotel, Cristal? not sure of the spelling. We were welcome to use their luxurious pools, outdoor sitting area. Rooms came with a beach bag with 2 beach towels. Nice touch. Room for four had two bedrooms.
