Please note that event though I rated the Facilities and Comfort only as "Good", they were absolutely adequate to our needs we are without any complaints.   Abel and Bertie are a dutch couple, who have lived in, and run ,Haus Marie, for about 5 years.They clearly like the area , and gave us all sorts of ideas for outings. Obertraun is away from the main tourist rush, with a variety of lovely old houses. The house owner offered us attentive help (print of local maps, suggestion on walking route )and considarate service (the breakfast is best one on our whole trip, thankfully, the warm water for drinking, which is so important for Chinese ), Everything makes us feel at home .

Отель стоит - 1. A terrific place for children - a huge lawn, a swimming pool, a childrens' playground, and quite a few toys, so that the kids can enjoy themselves. 2. The owners were very helpful and accomodating, despite the limited communication (we don't speak German and they know very little English). 3. We'd enjoyed the location (on the outskirts of Obertraun) and the mountain view. 4. The apartment does not offer a meal option but there's a convenient grocery store nearby. 5. It is well equipped. - Nice appartment with anything you need, just like your home. We love it.

  Very cozy residence! We stayed here for 1 week in July with my kid of 4 years old. It was very comfortable for us 3 to cook and eat and it was very convenient to do many activities around there. Wi-fi had no problem. We had a very nice landscape everyday and my kid loved to go to swim in the lake almost every evening where it takes 8 minutes on fo... что говорят » ot. We want to visit it again! - The bed is very comfortable, and it is the most comfortable bed in all my trip in Czech and Austria; the house has everything you need for cooking, although I don't have any materials since the supermarket is closed when Saturday and Sunday. It is very close to the bus station, and train station, only 1 min walking distance.

  Comfortable room --- rooms are big and tidy, a cosy place to stay during vacation. there are heaters provided s you won't feel cold at night. Spectacular view --- the scenery is stunning and we really enjoy looking outside at the balcony Friendly host --- the house owner is an enthusiastic, nice and helpful elder. his English is not that good, but... что говорят » he tried his best to explain to us the tourist spots, transportations and others. you can find his photos on the wall in that wonderful house!:P Conv - The house is located in a beautiful area with field, mountains, stream. Warm and cozy rooms, nice view from balconies. The owners are old, but they are very kind, instructed whatever we asked. You can buy food from a supermarket near the house and cook in the kitchen in the apartment. It's much cheaper than having dinner in restaurant. On the first day, we came late when everything was close. We bought some ingredients from the host with the same price as in the supermarket.
