It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children. The airline lost our luggage and the staff were just as diligent in helping us find it. - We were provided with an early checkin at 9am, the room upgrade was highly appreciated, well informed and courteous staff, excellent room with Nespresso machines, Molton and Brown toiletories. The location is fabulous - walking distace to everything. I would definately stay at The Ring the next time I visit Vienna and have absolutely no hesitation in recomending it to others.

The outside of the hotel is striking, making it easily recognisable. The reception staff were faultless - always impeccab - The rooms were stunning and totally relaxing. Sumptuous but in a very modern way. The seat in the window was really good. Wifi was fast with a good signal in the rooms. staff were very welcoming. Bathroom a good size with a lovely rain effect shower.The location couldnt be better right in the heart of the city.
