The place was very clean (which is very important for us) and comfortable. the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. The products in the rooms (shampoo, toilet paper, towels..) were in a very good quality. A charming and tasting place. We can see that the owners thought of the little details. Perfect place for a couple holyday in Salzburg.

The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown .
Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues.
They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

Останавливались в данном отеле с молодым человеком в ноябре месяце. Цель нашего визита заключалась в путешествии в замки.

+ Остановка автобуса прямо напротив отеля, есть парковка для машины.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. Great location for driving in and out of town (although you need GPS to find the hotel!). We found the walk into the old town very easy, and for those who don't like to walk, the tram is right outside the door. -
