This has got to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and the price belies the facilities they offer.
Andreas and his wife (and of course the softest "guard" dog you will ever meet, Nellie) are very friendly as are all the staff there, and the hotel is run so efficiently but in a relaxed and friendly way.
Our room was amazing, the shower is fantastic, a huge balcony (which due to the weather we unfortunately could not make use of) and the free coffee and soft drinks is a realy bonus.

The view is fantastic and the location is very nice at the center of Kaprun. The apartment is really spacious and the balcony is the most thing that I liked. -

We loved the place! It is the first time we have arrived in an apartment, and the place actually looks like the pictures on the web. Amazingly cosy and well equiped. We lived in appartment TopC3. The bedrooms are of a good size, and the living room/dining area is excellent. I can only recommend this place.

Everything is just the same as in photos,
even the smallest details. Good location, nice view, great SPA, fully equiped kitchen. If somebody will not like this self - catering appartment, it won't be the appartment's problem - it will be the problem of travelers.

Staying in this hotel was a fantastic experience. We arrived at midnight because of traffic jam but there was no problem to wake up a hotel manager, who told us everything what we wanted to know.
Breakfast was fantastic- juices, tea, coffe (Latte for us) milk, cereals (a lot of) jogurts, ham, eggs ...a lot of kind of rolls and bread...maybe they buy up some bakery).

Loved everything. Wish we were still there. The apartment was beautifully decorated. perhaps, not so much the bedroom, which did not have much storage space. The restaurant was lovely and the staff friendly. Thanks for a wonderful 5 days. -

Отзывчивый и приятный персонал, большой чистый номер, отделанный деревом (улучшенный с балконом). Совершенно невероятный вид на Кицштайнхорн.

Расположение на ферме прямо у пешеходных маршрутов, недалеко от спа. Можно встретить массу домашних животных: лошади, коровы, овцы, собаки и т.д.
Внутри всё современно, просторно и чисто, хороший вид на горы, камин.

Тихий и небольшой отель. Хорошая домашняя атмосфера. Вкусная еда.Настояшее Австрийское гостеприимство.Хорошо отдохнули и встретили Новый Год. - жадный и злой персонал, ужасные завтраки, очень дорогой интернет, повелись на расположение и очень сильно пожалели. надо жить в самом Капруне.
