The staff here obviously know what they are doing. From check in to check out, you could see their experience/training. Even with the problem that arose, they gave three choices for a solution. These people know how to deliver excellent service in tricky situations. -

Beautiful house and bedrooms,gorgeous decor.The little extras made all the difference.The Nespresso machine, the chocolates and the afternoon tea and supper were great .The hosts were terrific,very friendly and helpful but not intrusive.The breakfast was amazing,best we have had ,we love it ! -

Managers were great - its great to arrive and be greeted with a friendly smile, the position is superb. Apartment was clean & roomy (3br) plenty of room and awesome views. -
Our apartment was very clean which is very important to us. Had everything we needed and was quite as we were there in July which is the off season.

The staff were lovely. The room was spacious and having my own dishwashing facitilites and washing machine made me feel at home. Loved the view, especially since I could see it in every room and in the shower. Loved that it was just few minutes walk from the shops. The price was reasonable too. -

The apartment was fantastic and very quiet. Our views to the ocean were beautiful. We had a great time staying here and would have no hesitation in recommending Waves to anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best coffee could be had at Mikki's just near the entrance to the hotel driveway...highly recommended for food, service, and of course coffee!

The room including the bathroom was spotless, cleaner than any 5 star hotels I have stayed in and the motel grounds were extremely well kept.
The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful.
I aslo felt very safe over my whole stay.
I highly recommend this motel and the price was fantastic.
The air con was very powerful and easy to use. -

Friendly owners. Themed room was tastefully done. Great location: close to patrolled beach and short walk to shopping/restaurants. Enjoyed the quality coffee and biscuits. Even though the unit was near the road it was very quiet. Would definitely stay again. Great value for money. -

We loved our apt.It was bright, cheery, airy, absolutely everything we needed was there. Furniture was very comfy and modern. Good to have an ensuite and a full bathroom and kitchen. Loved the sheltered balcony and additional parking spaces nearby as well as a garage. Far enough from the township for a good walk without being a great distance from the shops.
