  Beds were super comfy especially for my husband who suffers with a bad back (from a serious car accident in yr 2000) he said it has to be the best hotel for comfort he has ever stayed at (and we travel alot for leisure) The staff were super helpful, I didnt have to pay for parking like it stated in the email (off site parking provided) I didnt fee... что говорят » l like it was too much or too less it had what we needed the shops were in close so we were able to buy 1.5litre drinks and leave in the fridge for th - The Family room was very spacious and nice. There was no time to check out the pool/spa but the pictures were very nice. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the view of the streets were very entertaining. Nice staff, nice people & friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended especially if you have a budget.

  The staff are always friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Mercure Townsville has a lovely feel to it with its well maintained gardens and pool area. We don't feel like we have to stay indoors, there are many places to enjoy in the grounds which makes our stay more enjoyable. - The deluxe king room was spacious with a balcony.
