  We would really want to thank the reception staff for their help! They have all been really friendly, helpful and professionnal! They booked us the Whitsundays Boat Tour litterally at the last moment (we had not thought of booking all that in advance) and they kindly kept our luggage and our car parked at their place for 3 days while we were away!... что говорят » They also helped us with our next hotel booking in Port Douglas (our next road trip stop). This Hotel is excellent! It's clean, confortable and nicel - All of the staff were extremely helpful and all requests for information were followed up efficiently and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. They allowed us to store our luggage on two occasions saving us the trouble of finding somewhere to store it whilst we went off on other adventures.. They made our stay in Arlie Beach a pleasure and we would strongly recommend this place to all travels for value and friendly service.

  loved the design of the villas,and the bright colours. Loved the intimacy of it being a small resort for couples. Loved all the complimentary extras that made it special. Loved the herb pots. The huge bed. The outdoor bath. The beautiful shower .The gardens and fishpots were amazing. The quietness. The rainforest surroundings. fully self contained... что говорят » . The ladies who manage the resort a wonderful, helpful and very friendly. They made us feel very welcome. - The privacy, the secluded area per unit. The gardens were amazing. All the little extras were included like robes, candles, mozzie coils and so forth ... more than you would expect from a budget resort. Such a relaxing and tropical atmosphere. This accommodation was the best thing about Port Douglas.

  Didn't know the Ridgemont existed until I found while searching on line, a little secluded but close to most things around the city. My wife and I had an upper level room for 2 nights, brilliant view, great to sit on balcony looking out over Strand and Maggie Island. Good value. Requested 6 meals, 2 x 3 types,(on a night meals not usually served)... что говорят » and was very pleased with service, quality and quantity. Great view from dining area. Didn't get around to utilising the pool, spa or BBQ are but the - Proximity to The Strand, a credit to Townsville Council. Room was clean and neat. TV needs replacing soon, screen pixelating continually. Reception staff (owners ?) were very helpful with directions.

  The place as a whole was awesome our room was more then what we expected . The location was perfect for us . Check in and out was easy the manager was lovely. We will go back again and also recommend it to family and friends coming to visit us as we only live at yorkeys knob about ten min away.
