Мне очень понравился персонал,очень понравился сам хостел, на кухне есть все что нужно, бесплатный ужин каждый день, все гости очень приветливые и с радостью деляться информацией о турах и даже могут дать совет как устроиться на работу в Кернсе.До пляжа ехать недалеко, минут 30 на авторбусе. -

We found and booked this hostel through letsbookhotel.com for the first two nights, and decided that if it was not suitable we will change to another one. However, after arrival, we found it was really a lovely hotel. We lived in Room 71, and it was really nice one. Then we decided to continue to stay in this hotel for the rest of our journey in Cairns. Finally, we totally stayed seven nights there. -
Fantastic hostel, spotlessly clean, all staff incredibly friendly and full of great advice - also great pool, kitchen, free WiFi in reception (hard to find in Cairns) lovely spot at end of esplanade, pleasant 5-10 min walk along esplanade to city and free dinner at backpacker pub! I stayed in dorm and private and found both comfortable and good value - fridge in both room types a bonus. The service from Peter the manager was excellent. When we arrived there,
my girlfriend was ill, he made a couple of phonecalls to doctors free of
charge. When we got back at the hostel, he saw that my girlfriend was
still not feeling better, so he upgraded our double room to a better
room away from all the noise from the reception. Thanks a lot for this
excellent service Peter and the rest of the staff!

My room is 306, the room is clean, tidy and pretty quiet too. I like it very much!
The reception ladies are friendly and helpful. But only one person to serve in the evening time seems under pressure. The location of YHA also very convenience to reach the market and airport too! -

Great place. If you're looking for somewhere to party & have a laugh then this is the place.
Stayed in a four bed room with an ensuite shower & toilet which were cleaned everyday.
Staff were friendly & helpful along with the tour desk.
The club though is brilliant!! Large & loud & does $10 meal/drink deal which was a life save

Stayed from 19.2.13 - 26.2.13 in room 417 and had an awesome stay. I went with 3 people from work in Brisbane as a get away. We hardly ended up leaving at all because everything was there. I'll be booking again soon. Very hard to fault! Thanks to all the Gilligan's team.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist strip of Cairns, but within walking distance to the esplanade, shops and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff who recommended some nice tours. Clean premises and well planned layout with plenty of toilets, showers, kitchens and common areas to relax. Would definitely stay here agai

We enjoyed our stay at Dreamtime Travellers rest, the guys at the reception were really helpful and they gave us a nice twin room close to the swimming pool, which was super clean and very homy. Considering Cairns's standards, this hostel raises up quite a bit! Friendly but still quiet, and just a 10 minutes stroll to downtown. Great! -
I stayed here for one week, the staff are really helpful and friendly, when I arrival cairns, they pick me up from bus station immediately. the kitchen is amazing, you can get any stuff you want. the room is very clean and tidy, the bed and pillow is very soft. I stay here like staying at home. it's the best backpacker I have been to.

the air con on every room (very usefull in Cairns as the heat is very humid), great staff, free airport shuttle, bed confortable, and very cheap ! -

Great location. Friendly staff. - I was upgraded and had a room to myself, it was a clean place, I only spent one night, it was quiet and the staff were helpful. I would stay there again. Located across from the lagoon and close to all amenities, easy to get to from the bus and shuttle to the airport was easy to arrange and cost $10. Good place!

We've stayed here for few times. Very friendly and nice personal, clean shared bathrooms, good facilities and the location is very-very handy. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, even less to do grocery shopping at Coles, which is across the road. -
I enjoyed meeting people from other countries everyone was friendly, and its a great place to go

We had a private room and it was REALLY private - not like in other hostels where you share a paper wall with neighbours. The hostel looks a little like a motel but it is clean and peacfull and on the main street. Staff is really well informed and they book tours for you. -
