Can't say enough good things about this accommodation or the family who run it. We had a fantastic stay. The bungalows are set in beautiful surrounding with lots of wildlife freely wandering around. They are super clean and comfortable. The owner Steve who welcomed us was great and even brought us homemade chocolate cake to our room after arrival.

Breakfast was delicious and a lovely social time .The bungalow as spotlessly clean and well appointed.The native animals were beautiful. A truely relaxing and wonderful experience.

One of our best B&B experiences ever. Cheryl and Richard obviously
love hosting visitors at their outstanding location. They are so
friendly and knowledgeable about the Scenic Rim area that our stay ended
with our wish that we could stay even longer. Our accommodation was
lovely, well appointed and spacious. We stayed in the Oriental Suite.

This property is, without a doubt, unique! We loved having a zoo right out of our door! The animals were well cared for too! Feeding kangaroos and wallabies each day was a delight. The largest kangaroo was so sweet, we wanted to take him home! We chose to stay here first thing and it was the right choice! Spending quality time with Australia

We were able to bring out puppies to enjoy our stay and they also loved it. We all felt right at home, everything was beautiful and very clean and fresh. The gardens were just beautiful. Breakfast was a real treat with fresh local produce. Would definitely stay again. -

The breakfast was yummy and filling. The host, Josef, was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome, which is what you expect, but not always what you get at some places. The room was decorated really tastefully and was very comfortable. Felt good to be in there. Nice hammock. Very relaxing.

Extremely comfortable. Very hospitable owners without imposing on our privacy. Lovely surroundings. Delicious breakfast.So much nicer than a hotel.Home away from home.We have elderly parents living nearby and have always stayed in a hotel but now that we have found Villa Cavour we will definitely stay there in the future. Thank-you very much Mara you are a fabulous hostess.

Well organised, very comfortable without feeling indulgent. Thoughtful provision of 'extras' eg option of purchasing semi-cooked meal to prepare on arrival without having to go out. -
Quite secluded location surrounded by forest , convenient to the areas we wanted to visit - ie Mossman , Port Douglas , Daintree and Cape Tribulation .
