It was a brief stay but what we saw of the complex was that it is clean and tidy. The pool temp was a little cold so could have done with a little heating and we only had one towel between the both of us. We didn't complain because only stayed over night and found out it was missing when getting ready for bed. Everything else was great.

Great location, very close to many restaurants, pubs, casino and beach. Super friendly staff, who can arrange whatever it is you need and follow up to ensure it was to your satisfaction. Only a brief stay but would recommend to anyone. -

The hotel is located in beautifully landscaped grounds with access to numerous swimming pools and the beach. We had a ery spacious room with very comfortable beds.Excellent views over palm trees to Whitsunday Island from the large balcony. Very helpful and friendly staff despite being very busy. There is a fabulous free shuttle bus service which stops at the front entrance. The sea view rooms have the most spectacular view - waking up each morning looking out over the bay is an absolute joy!! Free wifi internet, available throughout the hotel and pool area, was a real bonus.

We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.

The apartment was fantastic and very quiet. Our views to the ocean were beautiful. We had a great time staying here and would have no hesitation in recommending Waves to anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. The best coffee could be had at Mikki's just near the entrance to the hotel driveway...highly recommended for food, service, and of course coffee!

Spacious, light and breezy apartment right on the beachfront with glorious views of the beach/ocean. Nice balcony on which to relax while taking in the view.
Trinity Beach is a lovely beach area not too far from Cairns yet easy day trips to all the sights in the greater Cairns area
Kitchen is very well equipped including shopping bags, esky, all the utensils, pots and pans you need. The apartment also had washing machine/dryer, aircon in all major rooms including bedrooms.
