  We were two young female backpackers and it was an experience we will never forget....We liked the staff (pretty sure seeing them all dressed like girls was probably why haha)...when we first arrived they offered us free goon....mmmm...played some games ;p had a night out on the town :) they showed us where to get pizza...great atmosphere... And o... что говорят » ur own bathroom :d woot woot!!!! Umm and yea it's just very friendly! - Customer service was superb. Soraya at reception was especially helpful and went out of her way to keep family in one room after I changed booking at the last minute. Awesome location, next to central railway and monorail.

The room was surprisingly clean and well-kept, not a 5-star luxury one but had a pleasant experience. Felt secure and safe enough to leave my items inside the room (it has a safe for valuables such as passports, etc), the reception was very accommodating and instantly booked my airport transfer.   The service was great,we travelled some 300km to arrive at our destination and we were happy to have secure parking.The view from our room was great,a very pleasent stay. - The Staff at the Menzies were very Friendly and extremely helpful in any query we had.
