  the staff were very friendly and helpful the foyer had a beautiful perfume smell the hotel was in a perfect spot about 50 meteres to the Victoria markets and walking distance to the city. taxis and trams were just out the front deli across the road that was opened till late the café was just through the foyer doors will definatley book there agai... что говорят » n. - Love the location near the Victoria markets.   All staff absolutely superb - friendly, helpful and attentive, reception staff and porters desk/concierge staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Room has excellent ammenities, was well designed for comfort and convenience and the bed was extremely comfortable.
