For someone who wants to be near Kings Park and just a little distance away from city, Sullivans is truly a great location.
Our room is cleaned daily and the staffs are really helpful in providing helpful information; directing my husband and I to take the (free) Blue Cat bus to go to Woollies (Woolworths) instead of driving and having to pay parking fees.

You kindly ungraded us from an executive room to I think a Junior Suite. Timing was wonderful as I was up for day surgery which turned out to be a bit brutal. The space and amenities were greatly appreciated. Your staff were courteous and friendly at all times.

The hotel is extremely old with many stairs but once into my room I felt really at home. The king single bed was very comfortable. Beautiful location overlooking Swan River. Easy walk along well maintained gardens to Perth Central . All staff were more than helpful and always smiled when I came back from the pub slightly worse fo wear! The guest laundry faciity was a blessing as I was running out of clean clothes quicker than expected. The business centre was useful to me too. Breakfast was plentiful with a varied choice (far too much for me!). The eggs benedict were a treat, I will be adding them to my hotel requirements

It is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. Our superior 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and was well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Next to the river there is a lovely walk with a playpark for the children. It was pleasant to have a walk and look at the boats on the harbour. You wouldnt have known that you were right next to a highway as it is so quiet and relaxing. The children loved the swimming pool.

Can not believe how helpful and courteous the staff were --- all of them with no exception --- location is unbelievable walking distance from anything you may wish to go to and the room amenities were very good --- would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. -

The staff were delightful, right from check-in to final check-out.
The room was superb, well appointed and exceptionally comfortable and clean.
The restaurant would be among the best at which we have ever eaten, with the sensibly brief menu and wine list superbly backed-up by very polite and attentive staff.
Overall, our eight day stay would have to be one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced and enjoyed.

The views from our room were fantastic especially with the rough weather. Bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in in perth and we have been to a lot of the hotels in perth . Gym was good and great to have a laundry and not pay a fortune, also loved the bathroom which was a great size for 2 and lots of counter space and shower was great. Food was very good and continental breakfast was very good as was the price.good location for us good small bars and cafe's , great beach. Overall
