Position and outlook are exceptional. The swimming pool and spa are the best we have enjoyed anywhere. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. All staff encountered were very good and when repair work had to be done it was done promptly with no intrusion. The welcoming gift was a pleasant surprise and most generous. -

We stayed in a 2 bedroom single level apartment in the Mermaid wing and it was so handy, and walked straight out to the pool area. Throughly recommend it. We had friends staying at the same time in a loft apartment and they wish they had of booked one like ours. This is not a criticism because we did pay a little extra for our room. -

We rented a 2-bedroom appartment. It was very large, superb, very well equipped (really above all other appartments we had rented up to this point) and just perfect... The staff was very kind and helpful. Late arrival was no problem. The price is very reasonnable for what you get. -

The location was great, just a short walk to Hastings st and there were buggy's operating during designated hours for those who didn't want to walk. We found the walk very pleasant though. The room was excellent. The king size bed was very comfortable and the sheets very nice. The bathroom eas very well designed and practical, the spa was not severe and was soothing. -

The view was over the forest/river so not the ocean view I was hoping for but still great.

Location is excellent, a nice stroll to Hastings Street and the beach or go the other way down the hill to some more laid back dining options.
