  The room was excellent. The king size bed was very comfortable and the sheets very nice. The bathroom eas very well designed and practical, the spa was not severe and was soothing. - The ambiance was good and relaxed. Just what you need when you escape work for a few days off.   The location was great, just a short walk to Hastings st and there were buggy's operating during designated hours for those who didn't want to walk. We found the walk very pleasant though. Our room was great, we stayed in a budget apartment and it was actually really lovely and alot bigger then we expected. The pool is lovely also. - We enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer, the games room for the kids, the resort pools, the breakfast selection, even the friendly and helpfull staff. It was a totally enjoyable holiday.

  On arrival we found that the fully renovated penthouse apartments were overbooked but we were offered a partly refurbished penthouse suite with a complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast for two at Aromas as compensation - more than adequate as far a we were concerned. The room was lovely and view from the roof-top spa perfect. We had a problem ... что говорят » with a leaky washing machine (recently installed) but this was fixed promptly and our clothes washed and hung out for us. The gym is excellent. - The rooftop spa was amazing. The temperature was ajustable so ou could use it day or night. The view was over the forest/river so not the ocean view I was hoping for but still great. Staff were very helpful Location is excellent, a nice stroll to Hastings Street and the beach or go the other way down the hill to some more laid back dining options.

  We rented a 2-bedroom appartment. It was very large, superb, very well equipped (really above all other appartments we had rented up to this point) and just perfect... The staff was very kind and helpful. Late arrival was no problem.
