Keys will be available for collection from Winning Holidays, Bay Village Shopping Centre, 47 Shoal Bay Road, Shoal Bay Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays) and Saturdays 9am to 4pm. Please note that our office is closed on Sundays. Please note that check-in hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 2pm until 5pm Saturday: 2pm until 4pm If special arrangements are required for collection of keys after hours, or on a Sunday an AUD $20 cash service charge is applicable (AUD $30 on public holidays). Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
