  The staff were friendly, welcoming and took time to ensure we had all that we needed. They also gave us directions of where to find places and information about restaurants that were open on the public holiday. The room and ensuite were spotless. It was bright and had a good view. Great views over the Tamar and city lights.

It was central to all of the Golf Courses and was in close proximity of eateries, bars, shops and transport. The facilities(pool, spa and sauna) were also an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean and modern and more than adequate in size and facilities.

  It was really central to the town and the parking was $6 which is very unusual for hotel parking. We arrived early and were able to get into our room which is always good when you have travelled a distance. - Great hotel, very central location and we could walk everywhere.   This is a wonderful apartment, especially for the two families like us. The children could play in the living room and parents could rest in our rooms. Lovely open kitchen and cozy living room with everything you need. Bedrooms are of good size. Staffs are extremely helpful.   Lovely location on the water at Launceston. Our room overlooked the River - was very spacious and comfortable. Could easily have stayed here for a couple of weeks.   We where only at your hotel for very few hours as we attended a function that finished late. We were very impressed the cleanlyness and comfort of your rooms. We left at 8am the next morning, but what we experienced we were very happy with.
