The location , the great spirit of the staff reflected in their work ethic and translated back to me. I stayed 6 nights with my sister as her birthday treat with valet parking. We also had Room service for some meals and enjoyed some good movies after our long days of rediscovering Sydney.
We felt welcome. The location is simply stunning and uplifting.

be warned if you are expecting the hotel grandeur and modern and packed with guests, this hotel is not what you are looking for. We stayed in the Deluxe King Room for 2 nights. The room was very spacious, clean and the second we stepped into the room we felt we were staying in luxury. The full breakfast we had booked with the room was amazing. So much range. Above all the staff were courteous and always made you feel welcome and as if we were regular customers to the hotel. Very comfortable and quiet hotel in an excellent location. Staff offered us a reasonably priced upgrade to a harbour view room which we accepted. Beautiful room on a high floor and lovely view. Great bathroom with separate shower which I prefer. We had a room service late snack which arrived promptly. Quality of food was average but as we only had the mushroom soup other options could have been tastier. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices for a a wide variety of cultures.

service quality of the staff - The room, Restaurants and the Lyric show were all excellent and the proximity to Darling Harbour and various attractions made it unnecessary to go anywhere else. We really enjoyed our break and will do it again. We had made a number of costumes for the Buddy Show and had come down for the opening night.

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies. Excellent place to stay when in Sydney. The apartment was wonderful with
an excellent view of Sydney from the 63rd floor. Facilities in the
apartment was complete. Location is strategic, near bus stops and within
walking distance to a few train stations. Of all the apartments that I
had stayed in a few countries, this was the best so far. In fact next
year we plan to stay here again when Airasia x has its special fare to
Australia again.
