  We lived near by so loved being back in that neighborhood, but some may find Kings Cross off-putting. Just go to Petrol, almost next door, for breakfast and you'll forget the riff raff.   Stayed there 3 nights the reception staff were so helpful the rooms were of a decent size beds were so comfy would recommend a stay there to anyone we will be back in 2 years time !!! - Location was good, it was far enough away from the Cross that there wasn't too much noise around. Staff were very lovely and helpful.

  The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). The bed was a little hard but housekeeping changed the mattress!! We needed a late check out on day of departure and this was handled expeditiously. Love the new renovations. - We were impressed with the staff and also by giving directions to public transport and recommendations for restaurants and sight-seeing.   everything was excellent and would not look at any other hotel, next time I vist Sydney. 10 out 10 would recommend it to any one. - Good central location. Quiet at night. Helpful staff. Easy to get to and from the airport via the Museum stop.
