Fourth floor rooms are nice. If you have luggage then perhaps be prepared to lug or request lower floor. Otherwise, if you can't get up 4 flights of stairs then that should be a wake up call to your fitness! Nice kitchen and lounge facilities on 3rd floor, so you can really cater - Everything was better than I expected. Paid about 70 AUD per night (2 night stay) which is excellent value. The location is the most convenient possible for business trip (better than Westin which I tried the previous week and costs 5x)

  I love the feel of it - just like grandma's house. I first went to this motel when the children were at boarding school. They loved it too and everyone was so friendly. Parking and a buffet breakfast is also good and a wine in one of the lounges downstairs is a great end to shopping in Queen street.
