We had a superior ocean view room on 22nd floor. Excellent view but a bit windy so the balcony didn't get a lot of use. Apartment was excellent. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and sorted any minor problems we had.

The room was beautifully furnished with modern appliances,cutlery and cookware and plenty of storage space - and I loved that it contained a coffee plunger!! This is one of my favourite hotels in the Gold Coast. Brilliant location, close to central Surfers and the beach.
The rooms are clean with modern facilities offering great value for money. My one piece of advice would be to pay extra for a high floor overlooking the Nerang river, they tend to be quieter and offer great views.

The manager is very friendly. I booked weeks ahead not realizing i had to check in on good friday. When I arrived at 10pm, the manager still answered the phone and opened the door to let me check in. And he drove me to the airport for free at 7am the next morning!
