  The Island Beach Resort was very handy to shops, restaurants and the beach. We found the one bedroom apartment clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful.   Everything was brilliant. The location was amazing and I had an apartment overlooking the ocean. The apartment was lovely, very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay again.   Stuart and Denise are the owners and they make you feel very welcome. The resort is comfortable, clean and close to amenities. We stayed here because we were looking for an apartment close to the Convention Centre, Also close to Pacific Fair and Oasis Shopping Centre and the beach is not far either. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Location was fabulous. Pool and spa well maintained, a friendly relaxing place to unwind.   The Shore apartments are definitely good value for money. And the location on the beach is ideal. The staff was really nice. They checked us in earlier and on the day we left, they kept our luggage until late during the day, as our flight was at night.   Location was excellent for us- midway between the beautiful beach and boutique shopping and restaurant street. Great for a weekend break. Room was more than adequate for a very reasonable price. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Nice cafe on the corner of the street for brunch before hopping over to the beach.   A perfect location opposite the beach and park, relatively quiet and very spacious apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and loved Burleigh Heads (after spending a horrible night in Surfers!).
