  I thought the staff were fantastic. So helpful and understanding. Bathrooms were great, the BEST SHOWERS!!!!!! tea, coffee and fridge all good. DVD player was handy, easy to get DVD's from reception. Best Value for money. - Staff were friendly room was clean and comfy . Was a very relaxing night spent with friends

  We appreciated the in-room washer & dryer. We are currently in between rental properties & it was nice to be able to do our washing within the apartment. Simple but made such a difference.   On arrival I had an issue with the room andd IMEDIATELY they couldn't apologise enough and upgraded me to a better room. The staff were awesome and the food was excellent. I couldn't have had a better stay and that was due to the staff who are highly trained in customer service, which ALL hotels should be concerned with.
