The staff were lovely, they had a great range of DVDs for free. The unit had everything you could possibly need and was very clean and comfortable. Tv had great cable channels. Right opposite a big shopping centre with Coles, reject shop, restaurants and fish and chips :o) loved it! -

We had a private room and it was REALLY private - not like in other hostels where you share a paper wall with neighbours. The hostel looks a little like a motel but it is clean and peacfull and on the main street. Staff is really well informed and they book tours for you. -

They were great! We had an unplanned late arrival and I had been unable to call to warn them. When we arrived they were closed and I was terrified that we would have a problem. The semi-private kitchen in the cabin was very convenient. The whole cabin was clean and we had nice advices from the staff to book a day tour to the whitsundays islands. The boardwalk to the lagoon was very nice. -
