  The staff were outstanding. They were very friendly, helpful, and greeted us as we arrived and left. They were completely bi-lingual (English/Spanish). The room was clean and neat every time we returned from exploring the city. This, naturally, makes it a rather noisy location but this is about the only remark I would make. Otherwise, it is a great value for money, close to almost every tourist attraction, personnel is very nice.
