  Accommodation was more than adequate. We were sharing with daughter and son-in-law and we were pleased with the space and equipment (except kitchen equipment - see below). Having breakfast delivered daily at or about the time specified was a real bonus.   Gabriel, the host, was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel and rooms were decorated with a lot of taste. The hotel was located near the bird reserve and lake. It is not a place for those looking for luxury, but instead you will find a great staff that will make their best to make you feel like you are at home. Have a free cup of tea at 6 o'clock looking at the birds flying over the Nimez laguna and waking up with the birds singing is really fantastic. Located only 15 minutes-walk away from the center of the city. Thanks Sr. Gabriel and the team for the great hospitality

  Very much liked the hospitality of Analia and Adrian who were supporting us in organizing and recommending trips around El Calafate. Very friendly and lovely people! The breakfast was really good and served individually and was rich on coffee, juice, bread, ...   Very nice and willing personel, what more they spoke fluently english which is not very common in argentina. Hotel was well situated, nice and clean room and also quite. Hotel is situated on the oppsite side of the main street (you just walk all in all not more then hundred meters and you are on the main street). Was fun having coffee on a comfy sofa every day. The location is excellent, everything is nearby, if we ever go back to el calafate this will be our first choice.

About a 10 minute walk to town, but you will need to use a cab when first arriving with luggage since the road is not paved all the wa - Lovely styling, view, breakfast. Very comfortable. Staff speaks very little English but helped me with many things with my broken Spanish ( did a great job with laundry and reasonably priced, taxi in the morning, booking me for another day, holding my suitcase while I travelled elsewhere for a night.

  Friendly, helpful staff ( especially Adolfo ) who made sure we had everything we wanted. He even called the tour operators and helped book our day trips. Rooms are spacious and clean . View from the room offers a magnificent landscape of Andes, snow covered peaks and a turquoise lake which is huge!
