  It was a very calm peaceful setting in a busy city. We used the Ilum as our base and travelled to other destinations returning to the Ilum each time. The hotel has 12 rooms, they're very spacious, comfortable and clean, breakfast was lovely. The Ilum is one of the nicest places we have stayed and we have travelled extensively.   I thought the room was great vaue for money, although the letsbookhotel.com pictures and description make it sound as though it has a zacuzzi in the room, when in fact it's not even in the same building. They did leave some welome choclates on the bed though, which was nice. The staff also were helpful showing us a city map etc. - Everything.
