It was a very calm peaceful setting in a busy city. We used the Ilum as our base and travelled to other destinations returning to the Ilum each time. good location in Recolletta, close enough to bus stations and domestic airport. Clean apt and conmunal areas. Supermarket just around corner. Price was a bit higher than other places, but represented reasonable value. We were asked what we would like for breakfast and it was brought to our apt. -

This was an excellent option for us and the others who joined us on holidays here. Big rooms, very convenient and in a safe area. Great value. Really helpful english speaking staff. -
Location is perfect, nice room, good bed and great restaurants only a few blocks away from the hotel, ask the staff they had some great suggestions.
