  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  Our room, number 5, was very confortable and spacious. Large closet. The staff is helpful and efficient. A relative came to visit, we stayed in the sofa in the groud floor for a couple of hours and they offered us some coffee (free!).   Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. - Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

  I loved the staff so much. They went above and beyond what staff do, even at upscale boutique hotels. They were personable and attentive, and just plain nice people.   Once we moved to Hotel Suites and Lofts 1 (the loft-one of the twohotels), the staff was very helpful, the hotel very clean and the valuefor money good. Especially the staff needs mentioning here. However,this does not apply to Hollywood Suites and Lofts 2 (the suites-tower)!!!!
