  Location was convenient - we could walk to lots of attractions and restaurants were nearby. The rooms aren't big but it was great to have tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge. - The location is great since it is right in the center of town but quiet and on a pedestian street. Good breakfast, pleasant room, good staff, good bed.

  Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

  This is what we updated recently in the Trip Advisor... Sometimes things don't go according to plan. At the back end of our wedding anniversary cruise we were booked for three days at the Fierro Hotel in Buenos Ares. A couple of days before the end of the cruise, we received an email message saying that the hotel had somehow inadvertently double b... что говорят » ooked our first day. Not good news, but already the manager had worked on the recovery plan: booked us into a nearby equivalent hotel and offered to c - We loved this hotel!! Highlights for us were the valuable local knowledge the staff provided (especially Victoria), the bed and size of the room, the rooftop pool (this seems to be a rare treat at BA hotels), and lastly the best meal we had the entire trip was at the HG restaurant underneath the hotel. We only have great things to say of this hotel and would definitely return if we are ever again in BA. We also found the fierro blog Insidebuenosaires.com full of the best advise for things to do
