  Such a great location - everything was walking distance (shops restaurants bars). Room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Felt like a chalet almost! Loved having breakfast each morning in patio - it felt like we were outside a big city! Breakfast was great - nice variety from fruit to cereal to yogurt to omelet and toast. Lots of good restaurants and bars around, shop, pharmacy, etc. Personnel is taking care of safety, which is good except the cases when you have to go out late at night and there is nobody who can open the door for you. And you can't do it by yourself. Personnel is nice, trying to help and recommend. Room is clean, comfortable.

  The staff were so helpful. My bag went missing in Madrid and was delivered in the early hour of the morning. The hotel owner took delivery of the bag, and made all the arrangements with Iberia. The owners were delightful. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot water and a good shower. I loved the respect they had shown the beautiful old building.   I like feeling as if I'm a part of a family rather than a room number. They all took time to get to know me and it was greatly appreciated. - Very charming with a family atmosphere. Very pleasant rooms including a patio area. We enjoyed our stay with Livian.

  The hotel was nice and convenient. The exchange rate at the hotel was fair. We did have an episode when picked up at the airport. The driver that the hotel arranged for us dropped us off at the wrong hotel after we made it clear to him where we were going. Another driver was suppose to pick us up but after 45 minutes we caught a taxi. Bathroom was great. Location was superb, and a great spot to walk to all the sights and shopping. Organised an airport transfer which was excellent and waiting or us. (Despite having to give a change of airports at late notice!!) Great value for money.

  You're not buying the hotel, you're buying San Telmo. This is a great location with a great vibe. Ok so it may be noisy, you may have to carry your bags a bit further of you check out on a Sunday, or there may be some (unjustified) comments about the breakfast. But you aren't buying that - this is a great modern boutique hotel in the best location... что говорят » in B.A. I'd come back tomorrow. Its thoroughly excellent value in the best place on Dorrego Square, worth it for the street tango dancers alone. - The staff were very hospitable. They helped us to book our Tango show and Tango lessons. They booked us private taxi to and from the airport at a very reasonable price. The hotel looks straight out onto dorrego square where there are gorgeous cafes and and tango street dancers. When we return we will definitly be going back to this hotel
