- The conception of the architecture of the motel : the fact that although fully booked,and near a freeway the hotel remained quiet enough; - clean, comfortable bed, value for money - location convenient near highway 101 - the pool, although I had no time to use it. Very clean, large enough to feel comfortable, amenities including a small refrigerator and table with bench and chair. Very quiet and pleasantly renovated facility. For the money and the location there is nothing even close to this value in the area.

Very streamline decor, very functional, missing some conviences, but great new appliances that were quiet (no noisy compact refridge) and very clean, bright, nice welcoming feel. New interior compared to the many motel 6 I have stayed at. Manager Chantal was amazing..and the bed was great. The very clean, no dirty carpet rooms. Perfect air cond. Unit. B. King close by for breakfast. Hardwood floors. newly remodeled friendly staff inexpensive nice courtyard GREAT neighborhood. I like that it was close to the Shoreline Amphitheater and Californians Great America. Got a great price via letsbookhotel.com and the staff was very friendly. The location near the freeway made it accessible to work. The manager on duty was very helpful regarding wifi and addressing my discomfort with those people next door. Clean courteous. nothing. - The first night the person at the reception was very nice and helpful but the second night I interacted with a night guard that was barely polite (I mean , he was not !) - there should be a place to get boiling water for making tea or other hot drink. No hairdryer nor shampoo. Little things, but pretty standard everywhere else. Poor quality picture on TV, every channel was fuzzy and snowy, some more so than others. Also, very limited channels available and no Fox News channel...Very annoying! Poor sound insulation from other rooms. I could hear the people in the adjanct room talk, etc. Very loud plumbing in walls. Can hear everything everyone nearby is doing. There was no small coffeemaker/coffee in room. Also, no small hair drier in room. Fix those things and you have an awesome place!!!. Not able to smoke in room but understandable because of renovation. Would be nice to have a shelf for the phone between the beds. (It was on the floor, also a pain for the maids to pick up off the floor as they cleaned the room) The shelf would also be a perfect place for cell phones. window in room didn't open room is a bit small not a big deal property details: need flowers under stairs cover pools mechanics. No coffee maker in room, No frills or decor. Pump of swimming pool running all the time. internet connection was very slow: it's enough only if you just want to check the mail but totally inappropriate to do anything more. Low water pressure in sink. noise of tv from next door room, no refrigerator nor microwave included in the letsbookhotel.com price. It was not easy to park close to the room I had because they were sold out! I had to park at the end of the parking lot...but that was alright. Lots of traffic. Did not offer more shampoo and dryer. Internet sucks. As a woman traveling myself, I did not feel safe at the hotel. It seems to attract some "sketchy" looking men who hang around in the parking lot and the hotel itself. There were two men next door to me who left their door open and kept trying to talk to me. It made me feel unsafe. Fortunately, the manager on duty called them and took card of it which I appreciated but I would not recommend the place to women traveling themselves. No clock,no pen or scratch paper, no shampoo and no lotion. This is a bare bones hotel. Rooms are small like a cruise ship. Arriving later at night we thought the area seemed a little sketchy. Didn't want to leave our room to run out to the car to get a forgotten item. No one bothered us but we just had a weird feeling of not feeling safe. Some shady characters at night in the parking lot. Poor noise insulation. I could hear every time the neighbor received a text message or his/her phone vibrated. not enough security. towels were not clean. Some fool was up ti 2am walking jumping back and firth in room above me and my daughter! Bed hard as a rock but clean and well kept. 1. Confusing Room Locations 2. Too Far Apart from Front Office 3. Only One Elevator at Back of Front Desk that Very Far Apart from Parking Lot and to the Room !! 4. Terible Blocks of Far Apart Room Locations without Easy Guide Signes.!! 5. With such scattered far away room locations, Motel should provide appropriate Transfer Hand Rollers! or Moving Carts !. It is the worst place I've ever been in my whole life, it smells horrible, you can hear everything that happens in the rooms next door and the beds are awful. Hated it.
