Overall... Rooms & rest of property were clean. Management took
care of "rowdy" guests by calling Police to remove them from
the property.
All of the Staff made you feel welcome . great price !!!.
Perfect location if you are planning to go to Six Glags.
the room was nice, the beds were comfortable, clean.
You were allowed to smoke in our room and it had a small balcony that my husband could go out on so the smoke didn't bother me. todos opiniões »
The location and the friendliness of the daytime staff.
Although a program guide was in the room there was no hbo. Cable tv was
fuzzy. First night there was rust in the hot water when turned on. Due
to a water heater replacement that afternoon said the clerk. Elevator
was inop all week. There was no luggage cart available and no safe
deposit bix for our valuables. Manager stated that this was "...no
Hilton...we are a simple hotel, nothing fancy.." She was right.
No remote for the TV.
no lightbulbs in any of the 3 lamps in the room.
The breakfast - there was hardly anything there to eat, the microwave wouldn't work, and the orange juice was out or broke
The pool was not easy to navigate. You had to ask the front desk where it was to be able to find it.
The hotel hallways were creepy. The light fixtures needed to have light bulbs put in them.
The cleanliness of the room. This was fair however sometimes there were weird stains on the sheets!.
The quality of the hotel has gone down a lot since we stayed there in
April. The elevator in the front broke down and they didn't tell the
guests upstairs and we had to go the long way to get to the other one.
At night it smelled like a skunk in the hallway and the night desk
person argued with customers that they over booked the hotel so people
with reservations couldn't check in there were also missing items in
the rooms. I will not stay there again.
My reservation was not what I ask for. I had booked 4 rooms smoking and
could only get one. One of our rooms the door would not lock or shut and
we ask that it be fixed and no one ever came. We ask for extra towels at
the front desk and was told they did not have any. The pool was not
clean, as well as the lights did not work. There were people living in
this hotel full time with small children. Which is fine if they were not
trying to sell us drugs.
