  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas. The bed was excellent. - Staff, location in downtown ... o que as pessoas dizem » made everything walkable, and the beautiful surroundings that made it feel special and comfortable. We were especially glad to be only 3 blocks from the light and monorail depot.

  Beautiful hotel in a good location with very friendly staff. I was travelling with my young adult daughter and we arrived at 5,30am from Anchorage. We went straight to the Sorrento to see if we could leave our luggage there because check-in wasn't until 4pm. Without us even asking, the receptionist checked the availability of the room and allowed ... o que as pessoas dizem » us to check into our room straight away. After travelling all the previous day and night it was a wonderful feeling to walk into that beautiful room f - The Sorrento was very charming in an old world way. We loved our large bedroom with a separate living room and The Hunt Lounge with the dark wood and fireplace. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff was very friendly and arranged for wine, chocolates and a nice card for our anniversary.On Saturday night during our stay, there was really good entertainment in the lounge. The bed was really comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. It is a really great romantic hotel
