The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.
The bed was excellent. -

Excellent location with the Warwick down the street and Westin around the corner- Andra is a much better deal.

Well-run hotel with strong and friendly service and a great location near Pike's Market and all downtown attractions. Lux Suite with 2 separate sleeping areas separated by french doors was good for our family of four. Great restaurant choices within one block including Cafe Lola in the lobby.

Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure.
The room was big, and the beds comfortable. Nice bathroom (except from the door thing). Good location, walking distance from a lot of sights. -

shower was a bit small. The sitting room was nice and lots of closet
space. The best parts were the black out blinds that were switch

Beautiful hotel in a good location with very friendly staff. I was travelling with my young adult daughter and we arrived at 5,30am from Anchorage. We went straight to the Sorrento to see if we could leave our luggage there because check-in wasn't until 4pm. Without us even asking, the receptionist checked the availability of the room and allowed

The Sorrento was very charming in an old world way. We loved our large bedroom with a separate living room and The Hunt Lounge with the dark wood and fireplace. It was a perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel staff was very friendly and arranged for wine, chocolates and a nice card for our anniversary.On Saturday night during our stay, there was really good entertainment in the lounge.
The bed was really comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. It is a really great romantic hotel
