I liked that our room was just across the pool so the kids just went through the patio. I also liked the location where the light railway is also just across the hotel. I used it to go direct to the convention center while my family was enjoying the pool. Liked the breakfast too. I liked the terrace area with the two chairs and the brightness of the room beds comfortable . Liked having the variety of the surrounding eateries it was convienent. Enjoyed the stay ... We where there for a hair show at convention center.
todos opiniões » The Fairfield Inn was very clean & quiet. It's located right by the airport. We were there only 1 night and flying out the next day so it was very convenient for us. If you have a car the Great Mall is about 10 km away. restaurants and public transportation practically at doorstep; delicious free hot breakfast in comfortable dining area; friendly, courteous staff. Very quiet despite near the highway and airport. Comfortable bed and room. Good breakfast. Free, fast internet. Close to VTA station. I was very satisfied with our stay. Everyone was helpful and nice. The room and public areas were clean and user friendly. The room was great. The elevator was some distance from the room, we used the stairwell. Everything was perfect. Best bed we have slept on anywhere travelling the world. Staff was great. Great location. Great pool and spa. Good breakfast. Very good value because of the free wi-fi and quality breakfast. Bed really comfy Great outdoor pool - so warm. Freshly remodelled room was nice. Location is good for those without a vehicle. Right next to the Light Rail station, 10 min to downtown. Nice small gym with 3 treadmills and weights. Internet's fast. Shuttle works. Booking dot com was actually more expensive. Called to confirm and they gave me the weekend rate. Saved a hundred bucks. It was great no complaints ... funny smell sometimes in the room - like mold/mildew, but cleared up when patio door was open; somewhat noisy mini-refrigerator, but stopped when dial was turned lower. I booked the room well in advance and arrived 25 min after check-in time and had to wait an additional 45 min. Nothing. They could of had some wine, water and snacks in the evening to purchase. No kettle or simple self catering facilities so difficult to wash and prep baby's bottles. I wish I would have know there was construction going on during my stay. They charged me more than was advertised on the website. I understand it is common to not include tax into a price in the US, but even accounted for the tax, it was way too much. Part of it was probably deposit, but no one ever warned me about it. Breakfast was rather poor, but there are a number of places to eat right next to the hotel. This is an old, run-down hotel that defies the high marks it gets. The shower is pitiful—like a watering can . $270 a night on a week day? Staff is on the positive side of O.K.
