Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfasts were excellent value and delicious. Parking was free and well-lit at night. -
They were very polite brought up milk and cookies in the afternoon.

The pool and lazy river was the high light of the trip for my twin 7 year old boys. The nature aspect around the pool sites were just beautiful. -
All the staff was very friendly

Most comfortable beds around. I love the location close to everything, the Riverwalk, the Mercado, and the Alamo within a short 10 minute walk, but outside and away from all the noise. Beautiful hotel with fantastic made to order breakfast and evening snacks. Very accomodating staff to help with every need. Thank you for a great weekend trip!!

I've stayed in other Embassy Suites where there wasn't enough room for the evening reception or breakfast. Although the hotel was busy there was room for everyone. Food constantly replenished and attentive staff. Liked the location - an easy walk to the bars and restaurants on the Riverwalk but just far enough away that noise was not a problem.

10th floor and they gave us a room on the 19th floor. Beautiful river
city views at night. Close to tourism sites Construction going on at
time of visit and the staff was always assisting giving 110% Kudos

... o que as pessoas dizem » el, also how it's right on the River Walk. I liked how you're able to purchase Fiesta Texas tickets rather than get them at the gate. Balcony was nice, it contained furniture. The valet parking is nice, prevents you from having to find nearby parking.

The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel is located on the Riverwalk and very convenient. My wife and I were very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. We rate this hotel as excellent and definitely would choose to stay there again on our next visit.

The beds were fantastic. You could sleep all day. The location was excellent - a few minutes walk to the Alamo and other attractions. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk where all the restaurants are. The showers were brilliant too, so much pressure. The staff were very attentive.

Had to change nights. Westin and letsbookhotel.com were able to accommodate change. have not been able to do that with other sites. Thanks to ALEX at Westin!! -

The rm was very spacious and had a great view of the riverwalk. The bed was very comfortable. We had trouble with the first rm; the key card wouldn't work but front desk apologized and was very helpful with giving us another rm. -
