  Location, nice helpful staff, close to historic sites, price was very reasonable. We were adult family - 2 sisters, 1 brother and sister-in-law (no category for that above) exploring St. Augustine and Savannah for the first time. Staff let us leave our car parked for the day (after checking out) while we spent more time exploring the sites befor... o que as pessoas dizem » e leaving town. Staff called trolley company to pick us up at the door! Very nice! - The totally awesomely reasonable rates 4 U & your pets. Absolutely wonderful. 1 of their repeat customers buys gifts 4 the staff in gratitude 4 the hassle-free, price-is-right place on the water 4 both humans & their 4-legged furry friends.   It is a perfect romance/getaway location. I loved how close the city was, museums and prime restaurants nearby. Love everything from restaurant downstairs to large bathtubs and comfy beds in room. - The hotel was excellent and exceeded our expectations Easily accessible to all of the Historic District. Would definitely stay again.
