The price was right, and as we like to try new places we figured we
would give it a go. We walked over the Lions Bridge into town to the
shops and historical sights including the Fort and had dinner nearby.
The car sat from the time we arrived until we checked out. And with gas
prices the way they are and parking in the Old town is either difficuly
or pricey (or both) this is a major plus! The hotel is clean and comfy,
has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and essentials. Bed was a bit too

I liked it all everything was very close to our Inn, room was very clean. We stayed a day longer than we planed and had a king bed that was very good. We will stay there again if and when we visit again. Also we had the end room upstairs which was nice. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit. Mrs. Wooldridge Webster,Fl.
This is the third time we have been to St Augustine and the third time we have stayed at Anastasia Inn. It is clean, a great location so you can leave the car parked up and walk into St Augustine over the Bridge of Lions and the staff are always helpful if you need to ask anything. Plus it's a good price too.
We stay here at least 10 times a year. It very convenient to everything we lkke to do and always accommodating to our needs. Family owned staff is what makes the difference. We always recommend this place to friends and family.
The price was so reasonable I was nervous that it was going to be what I wanted. GOT THE BEST DEAL EVER!!! Staff Excellant; rooms clean; Quant for my cousin and me. LOVED THIS PLACE AND I AM VERY "MARRIOT ABOVE PERSON". PERFECT.
Clean bathroom and bedroom. The pool is clean. Managemaent and his personal was friendly. It's our fourth visit to this hotel.

Reasonably priced and convenient location to dowtown St. Augustine, the state park and the beaches. This is a well maintained motel that was comfortable and quiet at night.
The staff was very attentive and helpful. We are always up early and have several small pots of coffee. They let me take a cup of sugar and a cup of creamer to our room.

It is a great value and very comfortable clean and very close to the historic downtown. I stay there every time I go to st Augustine I highly recommend this motel.

My first time here 4 months ago was a disaster: the mattress was old
with a horrible rubber sheet below the fitted sheet; the plumbing
desperately needed upgrading; the room smelled. This time no odor; the
mattress was new with a new mattress pad; the room was tidy was
relatively clean. A big improvement. They are trying. I travel on
business and thrift is important. It's a cheap accommodation in an
otherwise expensive town.
Location is right off bridge of lions and across from alligator farm.
Parking right in front of room. I've stayed here several times
because of the location and the rental fee being so reasonable but I
think this is the last time.
The motel was easy to find and the staff accommodated a change I made as to how many and what type of beds I needed. The room has all the necessities needed in a room. It was quiet and comfortable.
I liked the whole staff, the maid service let animals made from towels/wash clothes. The location was close enough to the sights and business district.
The management was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly
adequate for the fact it is available in the small office.

Well the only thing I did not care for and I'm sure it can not be helped was having the bathroom right in front as you walk in, but the rest of the stay made up for that.

The room was a little stuffy for me and my youngest daughter, but my oldest daughter thought it was fine.

Free wifi only worked about three hours of my entire stay. Web site
mentions a hot breakfast. Donuts, cereal take-out. No place to sit, no
hot breakfast.
Didn't like the Beds very uncomfortable.woke up with back hurting. Probably only reason I wouldn't stay again didn't sleep well the 4 nights I was try. family vacation and we all complain about backs hurting after day of site seeing and walking need comfortable bed to sleep in.

As I travel on business access to the internet is important. You
advertised there was wifi. There was none. Don't advertise you offer
something when you can't deliver. The guy at the desk didn't
even apologize, give an explanation or offer to reduce my bill
accordingly. Poor customer service.
The pool was super small and was not lighted. Ciggarette butts found
floating in it. Tv in room was an old box style and pucture was
terrible, had lines going across it. Bed was lumpy. Felt like a plastic
sheet stuffed with news papers. All bottom floor rooms were vacant yet
we had to take an upstairs room and lug our kids and bags up stairs.
Breakfast was cereal or muffins.
There were no directions as how to use their Wi-Fi They did give me the passcode. View from the room was an alley but I guess I can close the curtains and live with that.
Think the price may have been a bit too high for not being on the water.

The pool is hot tub size. The motel is sue for some major renovations.

The breakfast you had to collect from the reception area which was really small and take it back to your room to eat.
The toilet broke and there was no one to call (an emergency line) to fix
it. Well we called it and there was no answer. The next day we were told
that the attendant had left and came back. Anyways...Also the bathroom
door wouldn’t close. We were ready to leave the hotel and go somewhere
else. Just an older hotel, not updated. Good location for the price I
guess. We would not go back to this hotel and would definitely try
somewhere else to stay as we love St. Augustine. :).
The whole place smelled like a sewer. I was told it was just the old section. They upgraded us to an area that didn't smell as bad. For a whole lot more money.

Night shift wasn't too helpful or friendly and the breakfast is served in a room not much bigger then a restroom stall.
I booked a smoking room, they said they didn't have smoking rooms anymore. I have a 33 yr old daughter that had a stroke, this was for her benefit. When I went to the office to ask a question, the older man was very rude and walked away.
TV needs updated. Cable poor no fox news.Have to take breakfast to your room no dinning area.
